What to expect in small group personal training class?Each small group personal training class is limited to 4 people. Each person follows their own personalised program. I'm there to help you with technique, demonstrating exercises, to spot you and more moral support. We start off with 5 minute warm up, working sets, and cool down. There are stations already set up for your exercises.

How often should I attend?That is highly dependent on your schedule. But I would recommend at least 2 strength sessions a week to see results.

What happens if I have or recently recovered from an injury?Exercises are programmed to suit you, since each person follows a personalised program tailored to their needs.

Can I cancel, pause my membership?Yes you can, just send email to me before the start of next month.

Is the studio open to the public?This is a private studio, and only people booked onto the session will be there, so you exercise stress free.

Is there parking?There is no parking, however you can park on the drive near by.
