My Wake-Up Call (and why you're here)
I couldn’t lift my own suitcase into the overhead bin, in my 20's on an EasyJet flight.
That moment made one thing crystal clear:
I couldn't rely on other people to help me, I needed to be independent.
I jumped into strength training... and immediately hurt my back. (Because having a bunch of exercises and no support is a recipe for an injury.)
That led me to Pilates — to rebuild my strength the right way, move smarter, and actually recover from my injuries.
