  • I've never lifted weights, is it suitable for me?
    Yes it is suitable for people who have never lifted weights before. As pt sessions are limited to 4 people it allows for more personalised attention and guidance. Exercises are adjusted for your ability.
  • I have an injury or pre existing injury can I still train?
    Please make sure you have consent from your doctor if it is a recent injury. If it is an old injury, yes you can still train as alternative will be provided to suit your ability.
  • Is this female only classes?
    All strength training sessions are female only. Pilates classes are unisex.
  • What to expect in straining training class?
    It is a traditional weight lifting class. It is not a circuit class, sweat nor a HIIT class. Each small group personal training class is limited to 4 people. Start with 5 minute warm up, working sets, and cool down. There will be 4 exercises in total, with demonstration of the exercises. You move at your own pace. I'm there to help you with technique, to spot you and more moral support.
  • How often should I attend?
    That is highly dependent on your schedule. This challenge allows 8 classes a month so you can plan on how many classes you'd like per week. If you can't do one week, you can do more on the other weeks. Examples 2 x pt sessions a week 1 x pilates and 1 x pt session a week. 2 x pilates per week On your active rest days I'd recommend pilates for better muscle recovery, improvement of mobility, flexibility, and core strength.
  • What if I want to do 3 sessions a week?
    That's great! Just fill out the contact form below and I'll send you the 12 x sessions a month plan.
